$15,000 Six Pack
A six pack of Stella Artois Nobilis recently sold for $15,000. The profits from world’s most expensive six pack went towards wild life conservation group, WildAid thanks to AOL Canada who made the purchase.
The limited edition pack contained six celebrity-autographed magnums. One bottled is signed by Angelina Jolie, Kate Hudson, Charlize Theron and Woody Harrelson. Other signature included on the beers include Bo Derek, Ryan Gosling and Samuel L. Jackson
Kate Hudson has also created a brand of hair care products along with hairstylist David Babaii, part of the proceeds of which go towrad WildAid.
Purchaser AOL Canada will use the Nobilis (bottled in magnums) to celebrate the holidays while the proceeds will benefit WildAid, an international non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the illegal wildlife trade. This generous gift caps off a great year for the group since its Canadian debut in June with WildAid ambassador Bo Derek and the launch of its first series of public awareness messages featuring movie stars and athletes. In September, Stella Artois Nobilis sponsored the WildAid Canada Lounge at the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival where film stars met with Executive Director Peter Knights to learn about the severity of the worldwide illegal wildlife trade and the important work WildAid is doing to stop it.
